- Review financial statements, rent rolls, and collections
- Identify trends, variances, and performance drivers
- Translate financial and operational data into clear insights and investment narratives

Role Overview
The Asset Management and Real Estate Analyst is a highly analytical, execution-oriented role supporting both portfolio performance and investment activity across our multifamily assets.
This position blends traditional real estate financial analysis with hands-on asset management and operational support. The analyst will work closely with senior leadership to remove administrative and analytical burden, support construction and capital projects, and help translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
This is an excellent early-career opportunity for someone who is confident with numbers, comfortable working through ambiguity, and eager to grow into broader asset management or real estate financial responsibilities.
