  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 1 year dental practice, post dental school
  • Unrestricted licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Texas
  • Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) for the purpose of writing prescriptions.
  • Nitrous Certification
  • Anesthesia Level I/II Permit
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers and current Pediatric Advanced Life Support for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
