Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Full-funnel digital marketing strategy and execution (awareness through retention)
  • Performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and retail media
  • Web and campaign analytics using GA4 and marketing dashboards (ROAS, CAC, LTV)
  • Customer data platforms (CDP), CRM, and audience segmentation
  • Marketing automation and lifecycle marketing (email, nurture, retention)
  • A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Budget forecasting, media planning, and performance optimization
  • Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, or similar)
  • Campaign reporting, attribution analysis, and insights generation Soft Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with an innovative and data-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
  • Preferred experience: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams based in China, including collaboration across time zones and cultural contexts.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
