Responsibilities
- The Operator Skidsteer works on the Paving, Patch and Prep Crews.
- Conducts routine daily inspections of equipment and maintains equipment in a clean and safe manner.
- Loads trucks, maintains proper quantities of material to be loaded, moves earth or material from one location to another, and performs paving/grading work.
- Finishing grading work.
- Building out corners
- Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
- Performs daily inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times.
- Operates equipment, loading material into bins, into crusher, into trucks or into plant.
- Moves earth or other materials from one location to another.
- Runs paving/grading equipment.
- Performs visual and safety inspection of equipment.
- May maintain appearance of equipment, proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels or perform minor repairs as needed.
- Completes are paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
- Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
Commitments
Local colorado travel will be required
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
