Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across sales, alliances, partner management, business development, or strategic sales.
  • Proven operator who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Experience working with large platform or ISV partners; observability and IT automation experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI ecosystem and the AI tech stack
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partner field relationships, activate co-sell motions, and drive cross-functional execution to consistently deliver against quarterly targets.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows, synthesize information, and improve decision-making and execution velocity.
  • Strong communicator able to work effectively with field sellers, partner teams, executive stakeholders, and operational teams.
  • Track record of driving internal alignment and follow-through in support of joint GTM priorities.
  • Experience carrying a quota and delivering against annual targets.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with large platform or ISV partners; observability and IT automation experience strongly preferred.
