- Support outbound outreach efforts, including email and phone-based communication
- Conduct select outbound calls and accurately document outcomes
- Assist with prospect research and outreach preparation as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity and responses Sales Operations Management
- Maintain lead and opportunity tracking to ensure no prospects or opportunities go unaddressed
- Monitor follow-up status after initial outreach to ensure clear next steps are defined
- Support drip and re-engagement efforts by identifying contacts requiring follow-up and appropriate timing
- Track open opportunities and proposals to prevent stalling or drop-off
- Ensure meetings are scheduled and documented following outreach or expressed interest

Position Overview Radar Talent Solutions is a fast growing startup company supporting K12 school districts with workforce development. We is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Sales Support Coordinator to support outbound sales efforts and sales operations for Radar and select Radar-supported clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring outreach activity, follow-up, and opportunity tracking are executed consistently and accurately. This is a 1099 contract position designed for someone who is comfortable supporting outbound sales activity, managing sales processes, and keeping opportunities moving forward in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
