Responsibilities
- Campaign Project Management: Own and manage organizing and tracking marketing projects using Jira, ensuring campaigns and tasks (digital, email, social, content, and paid media) are completed on time, team collaboration is streamlined, and campaign progress is effectively managed.
- Social Media Management: Own and manage SALT’s presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Develop content strategies, engage with the community, and analyze performance metrics.
- Podcast Management: Coordinate end-to-end podcast production, including guest outreach, scheduling, script coordination, recording logistics, publishing, and promotional asset management.
- Content Creation & Oversight: Collaborate on blog posts, newsletters, press releases, website content, and other materials to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns, including monthly newsletters, product announcements, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Event Marketing: Support SALT’s presence at industry conferences (e.g., BTC2025, WAGMI), including booth setup, promotional materials, and networking strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of project management, digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, and a Project Management tool like Asana or Trello (Jira/Confluence an extra bonus!)
- Experience running paid campaigns and analyzing performance data.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Role’s Objective
