- Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado, required;
- Marketing and business development interest;
- Experience in drafting publications, articles, or legal presentations, preferred;
- Direct experience/interaction with insurance claims representatives, including reporting, case assessment, evaluation, and strategy;
- Responsibility for handling own files/matters, preferred;

Hall & Evans, LLC, one of Colorado's oldest and most reputable trial firms, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to join our Medical Malpractice Practice group. Experience defending medical malpractice litigation cases is preferred.
