Responsibilities
- They will review tax returns and projects done by other tax professionals and be responsible for developing and training other members of the Tax Department in regards to international tax matters.
- Prepare and/or review Forms 926, 1118, 5471, 8858, 8865, 8991, 8992, 8993 and other associated tax return disclosures including calculation of earnings and profits, tested income and foreign income inclusions.
- Work as a part of multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience.
- This includes, but is not limited to, managing teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects by providing leadership, counseling and career guidance for development and motivation.
- Build and manage client relationships for clients in diverse industries, including, but not limited to:
- Advising clients and being responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice by assisting those clients with the implementation of specific international tax structures and processes
- Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning and considerations
- Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm.

This position is responsible for assisting clients in identifying and addressing complex international and domestic tax issues. They must provide high-quality and timely client services, build solid relationships with clients and referral sources, and demonstrate professionalism. They will also represent clients in dealing with taxing authorities involving international tax issues.

Compensation And Benefits
Determining actual compensation relies on many factors including individual candidate experience, qualifications, and comparable benchmarks. Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $100,000 and $170,000. Additionally, for managers we offer a generous incentive program and various other bonus opportunities which reward exceptional performance. For senior managers we offer discretionary year-end bonuses to supplement your compensation package.
