  • Act as mentor to peers within the Talent Acquisition team, assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with escalation and troubleshooting Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of combined experience with significant focus on analytics, credit risk, or quantitative roles..

  • Strong understanding of analytics skill sets, including:
  • SQL, Python, R, SAS
  • Statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics
  • Financial risk frameworks and regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to recruit senior-level and hard-to-fill analytics talent in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide recruiting decisions.
  • Strong sourcing ability to use multiple channels to find and engage with talent
  • Passion for candidate management that executes consistent follow up and communication
  • Confident and thorough approach with positioning talent to hiring teams.

  • Proven experience handing wide range of positions from entry level to management
