Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process engineering, systems integration, or operations optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and basic scripting logic
  • Experience with native integrations, automation functions, and workflow buildouts
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and project management skills
  • Technical Development Capabilities
  • Hands-on experience building custom functions, scripts, or application logic using Ruby, PHP, C++, CSS, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
  • Ability to extend no-code/low-code platforms with custom code to meet complex or non-standard business requirements
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom integrations, middleware, or internal tooling
  • Strong understanding of core software development concepts, including version control, debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding practices
  • Comfortable working across both structured platforms and fully custom-built solutions
