Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience operating B2B demand generation programs, including webinars, email marketing, paid media, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), plus working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong self-starter mentality with a track record of driving initiatives independently and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex technical concepts, translating them into clear, compelling messaging for target audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights and collaborating with executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience managing agencies, contractors, or media partners to deliver campaigns at scale
