- Driven Sales Generator – Results-focused with a proven track record of identifying opportunities, generating leads, and exceeding sales targets via a repeatable sales process.
- Kansas City Expertise – Strong understanding of the Kansas City region, including its commercial properties, HOAs, property managers, and key decision-makers.
- Client-Focused Relationship Builder – Ability to cultivate strong, long-term relationships with property managers, facility directors, and other stakeholders, offering customized maintenance solutions.
- Maintenance Operations Knowledge – Familiarity with commercial landscape maintenance services including mowing, irrigation, seasonal color, snow removal, and enhancements.
- Industry Savvy – Stay current on best practices, sustainability trends, and evolving client expectations in commercial grounds management.
- Contracting Experience – Experience managing the sales process from RFPs to proposals and contract execution for commercial maintenance accounts.
- Detail-Oriented Planner – Ability to assess property needs, prepare accurate scopes of work, and support seamless service delivery.
