- This job requires accountability for manufacturing procedures and associated documentation for automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
- This includes material handling functions, inspecting product, testing, assembling, bonding, or welding components or subassemblies together in accordance with assembly drawings and written procedures.
- Supports automated processes and complies with procedures including safety, quality, and efficiencies.
- Applies extensive knowledge to adhere to GMP compliance on the manufacturing floor.
- Operates automated equipment along with associated work cells, including start up and shut down.
- Provides and receives constructive feedback without shutting down communication among team members.
- Escalates problems promptly and evectively.
- Updates the visual management board for zone performance and participates in the Tier 1 meetingsEnsures efficiency of material loading and unloading for automated processes.TConducts thorough practices with inspecting, packaging, and labeling of product.
- Contributes to resolution and sorting of PDF products and processes.
- Requires the ability to work overtime to meet business needs.
- Interfaces frequently with computer and understands navigational functions with HMI's (Human Machine Interface).
- May assist with covering areas in material handling.
- May be required to assist leadership with floor coverage and coordination.

Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transport up to 500 pounds via carts or mechanized equipment.
Must be able to maintain pace with the area assigned.
Requires the ability to regularly perform repetitive motions.
Must be able to work under florescent lighting.
Requires the ability to bond using repetitive moderate force gripping.
Requires the ability to sit or stand through the duration of a shift.
