- As a Business Development Associate, you will start your day prospecting property owners, developers, and investors through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, seeking out the next big opportunity.
- You will be building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and setting up introductory meetings to showcase the value Nxt Property Management brings to the table.
- Throughout the day, you will schedule and conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and in-person pitches with potential clients.
- You will track your leads and pipeline activity in CRM software, using your organizational skills to keep deals flowing.
- Market research will be part of your daily routine as you identify new targets and opportunities for expansion.
- Over time, you will nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving retention and referrals as you help our business-and your career-grow.
