Represent Total RESA at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and networks.
Sales Budget Management
Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising performance.
Assess and justify budget needs based on sales forecasts and strategic priorities.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and company policies.
Align the sales organization with company goals and objectives.
Ensure year-over-year growth and profitability.
