Responsibilities
- As the Mobility Advisory West Practice Lead at Arcadis, you will spearhead strategic growth and delivery of multimodal transportation solutions across Southern California.
- Reporting to the national Mobility Advisory Lead and supported by Arcadis’ international expertise and multi-disciplinary strengths in Intelligent Mobility, Resilience, Transit Design and Architecture and Transit Oriented Development, this role combines visionary leadership with hands-on project execution to elevate community livability through safe, sustainable, inclusive multimodal mobility.
- Lead regional practice operations: strategy, business development, financials, and team management.
- Mentor and grow a dynamic team of planners and engineers in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Drive business development: leverage and cultivate client relationships, lead proposals, and represent Arcadis in public forums.
- Oversee complex, multidisciplinary projects with full accountability for client satisfaction and financial performance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ progressively responsible experience in multimodal transportation planning with an emphasis on complete streets, active transportation and/or public transit
- Deep familiarity and working experience with southern California agencies such as LA Metro, OCTA, SANDAG, SCAG, and local cities.
- Proven leadership in staff development, client engagement, and financial oversight.
- Professional leadership demonstrated by publications, committee memberships, professional presentations or other activities.
- Base can be LA, OC or SD
Preferred Skills
- AICP, PMP or California PE preferred
- Deep familiarity and working experience with southern California agencies such as LA Metro, OCTA, SANDAG, SCAG, and local cities.
