Responsibilities

On the social media role at Robert Half, you'll develop and execute multi-platform social strategies, build and manage content calendars, and create, schedule, and repurpose posts that align with each brand’s voice and visual identity. You will monitor engagement, manage online communities, and produce a range of compelling content in partnership with internal experts, designers, and external vendors. You’ll also track and report performance metrics, test and optimize content based on analytics, support integrated digital and PR campaigns, and stay current on trends to identify new engagement opportunities, including influencer collaborations.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications.

  • Team player, proactive, organized, and comfortable working with senior leaders.
  • Help shape the digital identity of fast-growing service brands.
  • Influence how brands connect with clients, candidates, and partners through creative storytelling.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, or Adobe Express is a plus.
