Requirements
  • The ideal candidate brings at least 3+ years of experience in business development or lead generation, a strong understanding of financial markets or investment management, and a proven ability to identify and engage high-potential prospects.
  • Relationship building and collaboration- ability to work seamlessly with VP, Business Development and Relationship Mangers to hand off leads smoothly
  • Sales & Prospecting skills including pipeline management and lead qualification
  • Data driven mindset- using performance metrics and insights to refine outreach strategies
  • Tech-savvy- comfortable leveraging automation tools, prospecting databases,a nd AI-enhanced research platforms
  • Minimum of three years of experience in business development sales or lead generation within financial services, fintech or investment management
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry dynamics and buyer personas (e.g., institutional investors, asset managers, CFOs).
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
