- This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our Sales executives.
- Success in this role will consist of generating a consistent flow of qualified leads for Sales executives, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly pipeline goals, demonstrating curiosity about client needs and translating that into valuable connections and contributing to an overall culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

- Track and report on key metrics , including lead generation volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Stay current on industry trends , market shifts, and competitive intelligence to inform prospecting strategy.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and credibility in all client interactions.
