On the finance/business operations team at SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA, you’ll identify and plan resource requirements across business groups, including headcount, capital, vehicle refurb/build costs, operating expenses, and capital expenditure tracking with related cash forecasts. You will work with production, engineering, supply chain, and accounting teams to define KPIs, analyze performance against productivity targets, ensure proper tracking of financial obligations, support financial close and group-level reporting, and provide insight on spending variances and department-level reporting. You’ll also deliver financial analysis and support for key business initiatives to inform optimal operational decision-making.
Commitments
This is a full-time, onsite role in Hawthorne, CA (no hybrid or remote) that may require extended hours and weekend work, and offers accrual of paid vacation, sick leave, and at least 10 paid holidays per year pursuant to company policy.
