- We are looking for a customer service professional who is passionate about hospitality, beautiful clean spaces and creating a top notch experience for all of our guests.
- Our Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel's lobby and other public areas.
- This position reports to the Housekeeping Manager and ensures that all public spaces are clean, welcoming, and reflect the high standards of our hotel. - Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, corridors, restrooms, and other public areas. - Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public spaces. - Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows to ensure a pristine appearance. - Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues in public restrooms. - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. - Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager or relevant department. - Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly. - Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. - Perform deep cleaning tasks in public areas as required. - Participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and standards. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
