Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of two years of previous experience as a cocktail server in a similar, high-volume environment.
  • At least six months of previous cash handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and cocktails.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to engage guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.
  • Must be willing to wear a branded, costume-style uniform as assigned, which may include form-fitting attire that accentuates the body and reveals areas such as legs, midriff, and neckline, in accordance with role and company image standards.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods while wearing a minimum of 2-inch heels.
  • Hair and makeup must be styled and maintained in a polished, professional manner before each shift, in line with departmental appearance guidelines.
  • Polished appearance and confident demeanor; must meet department grooming standards.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including carrying and balancing trays, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing/walking for extended periods.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card and Food Handler Safety Training Card.
