Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement with a proven record of driving growth.
  • Proven track record of success developing and managing integrated, results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in sales proposal management and related best practices.
  • Hands-on experience using marketing, analytics, and AI-driven tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, ChatGPT, Jasper).
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design; Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a plus.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences and channels with the ability to tailor content accordingly
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic planning and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate and influence at a senior level
  • Travel of up to 5% may be required.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or distributed service industries preferred.
