- Collaborate pursuits of both traditional government RFPs as well as unsolicited proposals related to traffic, ITS, and new technologies in transportation Qualifications Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS and 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Minnesota or ability to obtain license within 6 months Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of ITS and traffic engineering experience
- Experience with MnDOT, MN municipalities, or other state DOT’s projects
- Experience in traffic analysis, forecasting, safety studies, traffic simulation, and conceptual planning/design.
- Experience using Traffic Analysis and Traffic Simulation Software and design platforms.
- Experience in ITS and TSMO planning, systems engineering, ITS design, connected and automated vehicle technology, and smart mobility solutions
- Experience in developing plan sheets, specifications & estimates, technical memoranda, reports, presentations and other project documentation
- Experience in proposal development
