Responsibilities
- Responsible for administration of OneStream XF application including consolidation and planning functionality and future enhancements
- Maintenance and enhancement of OneStream Reporting, Dashboard Components, Metadata, Member Formulas, Workflows, Data Integrations and Business Rule
- Work closely with the business during key processes, such as month-end close, audit and planning process
- Engage business stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Coordinate all user acceptance testing activities prior to production deployments
- Perform complex data validation, resolve data variance and production issues and in a timely manner
- Work closely with the client to with OneStream MarketPlace to improve efficiency of the client’s business processes
- Adhere to proper change control using corporate ticketing system to document system configuration changes
- Work with IT Security for user provisioning and audit procedures

Requirements
- Working knowledge of the financial close cycle, planning & forecast process, and functional support process
- Strong accounting and business acumen with a solid understanding of the financial business processes
- English: Excellent communication skills with verbal, reading and writing
- Possess the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Understanding of audit and regulatory requirements and the ability to track and provide support
- Expected to be available outside of normal work hours to support the close process
- Intermediate computer skills (Working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with OneStream framework
- Experience with Master Data & Metadata Management
- Working closely during the month-end close or planning forecast cycle
