Business Development Representative

Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts. You'll identify high-potential prospects, open conversations with decision-makers, and help refine our sales and outreach playbooks. You'll work closely with the CEO, gaining direct exposure to startup strategy, fundraising, customer development, and partnerships in the fast-evolving world of AI.

Identify, research, and qualify potential customers in target verticals using modern prospecting tools and AI-assisted workflows.
Collaborate with the CEO to design outreach campaigns, refine messaging, and test go-to-market strategies.
Conduct discovery calls and articulate the value of our AI solutions to potential clients.
Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation, messaging, and content strategies.
Gather market feedback and translate customer insights into recommendations for product and strategy.
Contribute to building scalable sales processes and automation using AI tools. Who You Are
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building things from scratch.
Naturally curious about AI, emerging technologies, and how they solve real-world business problems.
Excellent communicator with strong storytelling and active listening skills.
Comfortable reaching out to senior stakeholders and engaging in consultative conversations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
