Requirements
  • A highly skilled professional and nationally recognized industry leader in transit and rail planning, engineering, and construction in the United States.
  • A respected organizational leader with a demonstrated record of developing, supporting, and maximizing the effectiveness of high-performance teams.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience developing and enhancing transportation client relationships throughout the complete life cycle of project delivery including marketing, proposal development, negotiations, contract execution, planning, design and construction
  • Experienced in the development and management of diverse teams.
  • Committed to quality, improvement, and HDR values.
  • 10 years experience in related field
  • Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
  • Works cooperatively with other business class regional directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts

  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience developing and enhancing transportation client relationships throughout the complete life cycle of project delivery including marketing, proposal development, negotiations, contract execution, planning, design and construction
  • Experienced in the development and management of diverse teams.
  • Must have well-developed analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office managers, other area business group directors, technical directors and marketing managers
  • Committed to quality, improvement, and HDR values.
Education
  • (Required) – Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required along with a Professional Engineering license (P.E.)
  • (Not required) – Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
