- Support play-based, developmentally appropriate learning experiences in collaboration with lead teachers
- Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that reflect children’s interests, learning styles, and individual goals
- Help establish and maintain consistent classroom routines that promote a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Provide differentiated support through small- and large-group activities to meet the needs of all learners
- Observe and document children’s progress accurately and maintain clear, organized records

Early Childhood Teacher | Play-Based Learning Champion

Our vibrant, play-based Jewish preschool is seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our collaborative team of educators. This role is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about nurturing young children’s curiosity, confidence, and love of learning.
As a Play-Based Learning Champion , you will work closely with lead teachers and the administrative team to create a joyful, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You will support classroom instruction, assist with daily routines, and provide individualized attention to meet the diverse social, emotional, and developmental needs of each child. Your nurturing presence will help foster a classroom culture that encourages exploration, independence, and growth.
You will also partner with families through open and thoughtful communication, strengthening the essential home–school connection. If you are excited to inspire young learners, collaborate with a supportive team, and make a meaningful impact each day, we would love to hear from you.
