Requirements
  • An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably within a Structured Finance Ratings capacity, prior work experience working with Esoteric ABS or novel assets classes and prior legal ratings experience is a plus.
  • At minimum of
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with cash flow modelling for non-traditional assets
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve non-routine problems with ingenuity in a timely and insightful manner
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines under time pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team
  • Diligent and intellectually curious self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
  • All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week
  • We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office.
