Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 to 15 years in product marketing and related roles
  • Deep knowledge and experience in technology focused on AI, data platforms or enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) products and services
  • Experience driving narratives, positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation in a highly dynamic market
  • Experience in working with and empowering sales and enablement teams
  • Technology product messaging and launch experience with proven results
  • Experience in driving positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation in highly dynamic markets.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g.
  • ML, GenAI, LLMs, agents, etc.) and data ecosystem concepts (e.g. data governance, architectures, analytics, integrations and backend infrastructure, etc.)
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly ramp to become a trusted resource on a sophisticated product
  • Leadership skills to influence across organizational lines and strong presence as well as outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication, presentation and process facilitation skills with the ability to present views in a compelling manner
  • Personal initiative, results-orientation and integrity
  • Proven analytical skills to help tackle projects and situations with decision-making grounded in data and analysis
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to uncover an understanding of clients' and prospects' most critical business needs and demonstrate how ADP's capabilities can drive business value
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge and experience in analytics offerings and Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Past experience in product marketing with at least 3 to 5 years focused on AI, analytics, data platforms or enterprise SaaS products and services
  • Strong storytelling and communications skills – ability to simplify technical concepts and craft compelling customer values narratives
  • Experience working with large and complex global businesses
  • Experience product marketing to technical buyers (e.g.
  • CIO, IT leaders and etc.) and HR functions and roles
  • Ability solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business by tapping into conceptual and innovative thinking
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g.
  • ML, GenAI, LLMs, agents, etc.) and data ecosystem concepts (e.g. data governance, architectures, analytics, integrations and backend infrastructure, etc.)
  • Communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view

Education
  • (Required) – Bachelor's degree required or equivalent, MBA or advanced degree preferred
