- Prepares, washes, and cuts food that is to be cooked.
- Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food, order slips, or through verbal directions; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
- Multitasks by cooking several different orders at once, ensuring that all items are prepared in accordance with guest orders and at the highest quality.

- Adheres to all quality standards, portion sizes, policies, and procedures.

- Carries out opening and/or closing duties of their station(s).

The BOH position reports directly to the onsite GM, manager, and/or the shift supervisor at Bobby’s Burgers. In this position, you will be responsible for prepping food and cooking guests’ food. You will be required to keep your workspace clean throughout the day to meet health and safety guidelines, follow recipes consistently, adjust orders based on guest requests (i.e., substitutions, etc.), communicate with FOH (Front of House), and prepare an attractive presentation for each meal.
