- Learning about the range of 3D printing and digital manufacturing products and solutions available via MatterHackers.
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone and making recommendations based on customer needs.
- Creating quotes for potential customers, managing the purchase order process, and accurately tracking completed transactions using HubSpot, HelpScout, and our own quoting system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Assisting and receiving training from a generous and supportive team of Account Managers and Sales Associates.
- You'll be mentored by an inspiring Sales Manager and guided daily by a creative and fun Vice President of Strategic Partnerships who genuinely cares about the team.
- If you are based in Southern California and are looking for an in-person position, greeting and assisting our showroom customers (by appointment), giving short and informative facility tours, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and following up for repeat business.
