On the ML team at Blank Bio (YC S25), you'll develop and optimize large-scale RNA foundation model training pipelines, including distributed multi-GPU/TPU systems and supporting data infrastructure for management, preprocessing, and benchmarking. You will collaborate closely with scientists to translate biological questions into ML problems, contribute to new architectures, embeddings, and fine-tuning strategies, and uphold high engineering standards for reproducibility, testing, and deployment readiness.
