Requirements
  • Minimum of 10–12 years of direct FP&A experience.
  • Background in finance, accounting, analytics, capital markets, or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to understand complex financing and credit agreements and experience working with lenders.
  • An agile learner with a highly analytical mindset, strong technical finance skills, and solid business acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a high-performing team to successful outcomes.
  • Project management skills - proven ability to oversee a project with the objective of prioritizing and investing time appropriately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and writing materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and invest time effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus and clarity.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a high-performing team to successful outcomes.

Education
