Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and resolve escalations during robotics deployment including quality hand-off, live order testing, site acceptance testing, operational readiness testing, monitoring robotics system performance, etc.
  • Responsible for delivering projects by owning key KPIs around on-time delivery, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Understanding of data collection, reporting processes, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Masters, or PhD program that is physically located in the United States and must have at least one semester/term/quarter of school left to complete after the end of the co-op
  • Must be eligible and available for a full-time (40h / week) co-op during the 6-month co-op duration
  • Understanding of data collection, reporting processes, and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to read technical drawings and/or reading CAD models to resolve on-site clash issues using 3D clash detection reports
  • Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems to resolve escalations including quality hand-off, live order testing, site acceptance testing, operational readiness testing, monitoring robotics system performance, etc
  • Ability to read and develop technical documentation and process instructions
  • Willingness to work primarily in a construction or warehouse environment in a field-based role and travel extensively across the US and potentially internationally
Preferred Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a field engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
  • Proven experience working on hardware integration or complex mechanical-electrical or networked industrial equipment
  • Ability to demonstrate past use of data to drive decision making processes
  • Practical understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP)
  • Ability to take independent initiative when presented with a business need
  • Knowledge of robot specific experience (Fanuc, ABB), Allen Bradley PLC experience, C++, Python, Java, etc

Education
  • (Not required) – Currently working towards Bachelor’s or Masters Degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
  • (Required) – Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Masters, or PhD program that is physically located in the United States and must have at least one semester/term/quarter of school left to complete after the end of the co-op
  • (Not required) – Are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field
  • (Not required) – Must be eligible and available for a full-time (40h / week) co-op during the 6-month co-op duration
