- This role leads financial planning, analysis, and reporting for key brands, providing insights that shape strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Innovation teams to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and promotional investments.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned brands.
- Analyze P&L drivers and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Monitor brand performance against targets, providing actionable insights and variance analysis.

- Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and dashboards to senior leadership.

- 7 + years progressive experience in Finance, ideally in CPG or brand-focused roles Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry required.
- GAAP: fundamental knowledge of, understanding of internal and external research methods for, and experience driving compliance of internal controls Systems and Tools: proficiency managing and making recommendations for efficiencies with systems and tools, expertise in Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of P&L management
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- MBA and/or CPA preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $199,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
