On the Syndication Team at Advantage Capital, you'll provide evaluative and operational support for potential and existing federal and state LIHTC equity investments, including initial deal evaluation and ongoing management. You will collaborate with business development, underwriting, and asset management teams to draft investment documents and memoranda, build financial models for investment committee decisions, and develop reporting tools and internal data reports for senior team members.
