Front Desk Management/Receptionist duties
Answering phone calls, signing for mail
Answering questions from students related to their program
Open, secure and lock the premises as needed
Maintain a welcoming, tidy, front desk and front patio at all times
Assisting walk-in guests with program information
Collect payments
Student Activities/Events
New Student Orientation
Preparation and maintenance of new, current and old student files to ensure compliance
Student Visas/Immigration questions and transfers (DSO)
Presenting Kings policies and processes on a weekly basis
Student Activities/Events
Plan and prepare revenue positive activities and events on a monthly basis
Manage the build up and tear down of activities and events
Maintain inventory and stock of activities resources
Liaise with 3rd vendors to support the student experience
Social Media
Partner with Marketing to develop, manage, and implement of social media campaign
Commitments
This is an IN PERSON, Part Time(Sample schedule: 4 hours per day: Mon - Fri from 9 am - 1 pm)School coverage (75%)Presenting Kings policies and processes on a weekly basisWeekly Emergency Phone rotation
