About The Role
We’re hiring an Inventory Operations Specialist to take ownership of afternoon and evening operational readiness across our Boston market.
This role blends inventory control, fleet oversight, storage optimization, and urgent operational response . You will be the primary point of accountability during your shift—ensuring our vans, keys, storage facility, and supply systems are fully organized, stocked, and ready to support daily apartment turnovers and guest needs.
This is not a traditional warehouse role. It’s an operational ownership position requiring autonomy, organization, and reliability.
What You'll Be Doing
