Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Program Director and 2–3 years of training experience
Strong knowledge of home care regulations and managed care programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays
Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Preferred Skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and content creation tools (preferred)
Education
(Required)
– High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
