On the finance consolidation team at Ocean Spray Cranberries, you'll lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations across multiple business units, coordinating with Operations finance and FP&A to gather, validate, and align financial data and reporting. You will support the development of consolidated budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis, prepare executive-level reports, and conduct ad hoc analysis, financial modeling, and special projects. You’ll also drive process improvements, standardize consolidation practices, and proactively identify and lead projects that address key business issues, risks, and strategic opportunities.

This is a flexible, hybrid role based out of Ocean Spray Cranberries’ Lakeville, MA headquarters or Boston office, with Mondays and Fridays remote, and offers flexible scheduling plus up to three weeks of vacation (pro-rated in year one), 12 paid holidays, and up to $300 each for fitness and massage reimbursement. Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple business units
