- AI Strategy and Solution Design
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives and pain points and translate them into AI-driven strategies and solutions
- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and deployment
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to our AI development team, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers

- Model Development and Evaluation
- Oversee the development and evaluation of machine learning models to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance
- Implement robust testing and validation procedures to identify and address potential issues early in the development process

- Collaborate with our DevOps and IT teams to design and maintain scalable AI infrastructure for efficient model training, testing, and deployment

- Champion data governance and privacy best practices to ensure ethical and responsible AI development

- Proven track record with10+yrs in designing and delivering enterprise grade AI-powered solutions, AI & ML products that drive customer and business value.
- Experience leading AI strategy for enterprise or large-scale platforms
- In-depth knowledge of various AI and machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, or Java, and experience with popular AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Excellent knowledge and good practical skills in major ML algorithms as applied to Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision
- Proficiency with LLMs, RAG and AI agents
- Practical experience with deep learning projects
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI-related services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative AI solutions
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Certifications in cloud AI platforms or data engineering
