Effective August 1, 2025, Dawson School—a K-12 independent school located just east of Boulder—is seeking qualified Substitute Teachers for the 2025–26 academic year.
Substitute Teachers at Dawson play a vital role in supporting student learning by stepping in for regular classroom teachers on a short-term basis.
In most cases, substitutes will follow the established lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher to ensure continuity in instruction.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for work with all school constituencies
Additional duties as deemed necessary by the School
While the position is not benefits-eligible, lunch is provided at no cost.
Substitute teaching opportunities are available on an ongoing basis throughout the school year.
