OFFICE COORDINATOR

Our client, an incredibly successful consulting firm in Somerville, is looking for a highly motivated Office Coordinator to join their operations team. The Office Coordinator will help with a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis and assist in all administrative and office matters as needed.
Responsibilities

Assist the Office Manager by addressing spontaneous requests quickly, researching assigned tasks and vetting potential vendors.
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors.
Conduct daily walk-through of facility.
Responsible for ordering, receiving and stocking food, snacks, kitchen & pantry supplies.
Distribution: responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Assist in organizing company sponsored events.
Support office moves and build-outs.
Assist with special projects as necessary.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Fast learner who enjoys solving problems.
Have excellent time management skills and be a self-starter on projects.
Be even-tempered, kind and respectful, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Have unending patience and thrive on getting things done.
Be organized and detail oriented.
Compensation

$65k
