  • Established relationships w/ customers, prospects and OEM network

  • Demonstrated sales skills and references in progressing and closing mid-market to enterprise level accounts
  • Manage a team of select Enterprise Account Managers
  • Create new customer pipeline by leveraging your respected network
  • Ability to recruit and maintain talent, scale a winning team
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to Sr.
  • Sales Management
  • Develop and help drive geo/district lead generation events and activities
  • Partnering with field marketing and OEM Partners to execute successful sales campaigns
  • Capable of successfully managing customer relationships, escalation, etc.
  • Manage sales pipeline, and help mentor and move opportunities through the sales process
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings
  • Implement strategies to expand in existing account and capture new logos
  • Work collaboratively across functions including the Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Customer Support, and Product Development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance sales teams and achieving ambitious margin targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive business growth and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
